The Gold Rush Committee of Valdez wanted a redesigned site completed in time for the August 2010 event. The site features a homepage slideshow, news feed, and Facebook link.

A highlight of the summer, the halibut and silver salmon derbies are a big attraction for both local and out-of-state tourists.

A fun, family oriented website and a huge improvement over the late 90's look of their old design. We really wanted to create a sense of playfulness, which we were able to do with a bit of vector drawing and a Flash animated dog that greets the viewer with the wag of his tail.
