What’s it like to work with us?

We are a down-to-earth small business, which puts quality over quantity and
our customer in first place. But professional services don’t need to be formal
and stiff. We like to develop personal relationships with our clients, which
helps make business more enjoyable for everyone.

Highest quality – standards, accessibility, usability

Standards – All of our sites are built and validated in accordance
with current web standards.  Content is separate from formatting and function
making the resulting code clean and lightweight. This means that our websites
are easier to maintain and load faster into the user’s web browser.

Accessibility – These days, there are all kinds of things
that get in the way of viewing a web page at its best.  Whether a user
is blind, has a painfully slow connection or just has a sticky mouse, we take
special considerations so that the maximum number of people can use our sites.

Usability – What good is a pretty site if you can’t
figure out how to get off of the home page?  Thanks to the techniques
outlined in User Centered Design below, our sites are user-friendly and, as
such, provide maximum value to you, our clients.

User Centered Design

What would the user do?  We believe in making websites that enable your
customers to satisfy their needs, whether they be shopping, looking for entertainment
or applying for a job.  The way a site functions must be easily understood
by the target market.  In order to ensure that the maximum number of users
will be able to use your site, we employ both design patterns (in this case, standardized design layouts) and heuristic evaluations (the analysis of the usability of a site using predetermined criteria). The result?
Better sites, happier customers.

Continual Education

It’s about more than keeping up with the Jones’s. Knowing
how to make the most of the latest web technology enables us to provide you
with the best possible business solutions. As such, education is a regular part of our business day. Whether the source be online magazines, tutorials, books or workshops, you can be sure that we’re doing our most to give you the best.
